DPO7104

Postby dshabad on Wed May 16, 2012 8:53 am

Hello,
I am using GPIB controll on 2 scopes DPO7104 Win XP and the new one DPO7104 Win 7.
I use 4 channels connected to scope and waiting for trigger on channel 1. The trigger mode is Single on "fall". I read the acquisition number. When I am using Win XP scope I get the acquisition and scope is triggering. The problem is on Win 7. There is no acquisition on the scope even though the signal on channel 1 falls to 0v.
Please advise.
Thanks

So either the trigger is not setup correctly on your DPO7104C, or there is something wrong with the scope. Does it pass SPC and diagnostics?

Hi
The trigger setup is right, I check it manualy and it is working well. This test is working well on DPO7104 Win XP.
The scope passed SPC calibration

I would recommend then getting a screen capture of what you are seeing (both on the working scope, and the one that is not working), and the instrument setup file, then sending those to teksupport@tektronix.com.
